CANCELLATION POLICY: We understand that things happen and plans change but If you must cancel your salt spa appointment, please notify Serenity Salt Spa at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment to avoid being charged the full service fee. No show Appointments are automatically charged the full service fee. Any appointments rescheduled within the 24-hour timeframe may incur a change fee of $25.
